I have defaulted on my federal student loans?
Asked by blake1580I now am finding that I need to further my education. But at this point cannot afford tuition and books. Is there a program that will allow to borrow money for tuition, books even though my past student loans have defaulted?

If you are not out of default, you will need to get out of default by consolidating your loans and PAYING them on time each month. Once you do that, you will be able to obatin a loan for school.
