Need help finding a student based loan?
My school does not participate in Fed student loans. I am new at this, and I am wondering if because of this I will have trouble finding any type of student loan. I do not want some high interest loan, but would like to know of any options. I figure I may have to switch colleges to one that participates....any ideas?

You'll have to get a private loan. If you have good (or at least solid) credit history or a cosigner, you should get a decent rate. I got my loans this year through campusdoor.com. They were pretty easy to work with, but still haven't sent my money (sending it on the 28th...2 weeks after the promised day) so apply early! Also, most banks have student loans, like Bank of America and Citi (I don't recommend citi though). At any rate, you should be able to get a private loan no problem.
