What do admissions look for in Colege essays?
Asked by lizwhat are some good points to inlcude in a college application essay? personal statement ha ha ..i wrote that really fast. you gave me no help at all. next time don't waste your time

When I returned to school and did an essay for my scholarship, I focused on how returning to school would make a better life for myself and my family. I specified what struggles I had gone through in my career (a lot of downsizings) and how I felt returning to school could help me to get into a better paying job. While your circumstances are probably different, I would focus on why you want this education and how this will make your future better. What do you expect to get out of your college experience.and how this education will help you improve the world around you (if applicable). Most importantly, before submitting it, have someone who is good at writing proofread your essay to ensure it's well written. They could also give you some pointers on how to improve it.
