Asked by samCAN A PERSON RECIEVE STUDENT LOANS AND HAVE THEM PUT INTO THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNT? (IN THAT PERSONS NAME)IN ORDER TO CONTROL THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE FUNDS. IF SO HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT IT?
