Brainstorm. Take your subject and then immediatly jot down or type down anything that comes to mind about it. For example: Let's say you were writting about D-Day, you would take in all the ideas you know about it like, Nazis, British, Americans, beachheads, commanders, Eisenhower, casualties, the French, etc. Then you have to formulate what you want to prove or say in the paper. I want to explain all this...or I want to prove to my teacher that this was that...etc. Then you form your title paragraph which basically tells your reader what you want to say or teach them in this paper. from then on, the rest is about what you put in the body and just throw in your stuff.
