College Majors, I Have A Major Problem!!!?
Asked by Okay, my problem is...I have looked at every different major that I possibly can and I DONT LIKE ANY OF THEM! Right now, I am a Criminal Justice major at a community college (future transfer student) but I cant stay in that field and get a job because of some legal trouble I ran into...I was never really interested in that anyway. I feel like I am or going to have to just pick a major out of a hat and go with it. I dont like Math, I only like US History, English is okay to an extent, and Science, well its cool until you get to the math part. I know I am being way too picky but if I just pick something, I am going to set myself up for failure because if my heart isnt in it, I wont do good. So what do I do? I have to transfer to a four year college in August with something and I have nothing. My counselors dont know what to do with me and I dont either... Somebody Help Please! THIS MIGHT BE MY LAST HOPE! Yeah I know I will have a tough time because they do background checks, thats another thing that scares me...

Go for some career testing to help narrow you down to 2 or 3 career fields that interest you. Find out what jobs are available in these fields first before saying no to a particular one. Even though a field sounds boring just by its name or general description, you might actually find a job or career that meets your likes and goals.
