How did I do on the SAT subject tests?
Asked by Pirate ChicHow are these scores on the SAT II subject tests? I'm afraid I don't know what is considered a "good" score for these. I'm looking at highly selective colleges. BiologyM: 680 Math2: 640 French: 500. I know that the French one isn't good, but I just took it for the heck of it. I had only taken about 2 years of high school French (not a very rigorous program) when I took the test. Any help is appreciated! I got a 30 on my ACT and just retook it, I don't know what I got on it yet. I took these just as a supplement to any applications, only one of the school I'm looking at requires them.

The Bio and math are good scores, the French is probably about 60-70 points below avg. You will have a shot at the highly selective colleges, so go for it. The SAT scores count for something but not everything. If your grades are really good then that's even better. Extracurriculars count a lot too. Put together your whole package and apply, you never know.
