I got my Masters degree through Walden University, which is an accredited university. It is an on line program and it took 18 months to complete. They do offer bachelors programs. There was a lot of reading, the lectures were on a dvd, we had a quiz due each week over the reading and wrote 2 papers each week over various topics but they weren't long. The total for this was $13, 000 but it was worth it. I got my masters and was able to work on it at my convenience which was really important, because I teach full time, I'm a single mother, and have 3 children who are involved in everything. So juggling their schedule around classtimes was impossible. Attaining my masters also gave me a huge pay raise, keeping the same job I was already doing. It was much easier than I anticipated. I graduated with a 4.0, the professors did grade the work and were very helpful, all you had to do was email them. Hope this helps. www.waldenu.edu
