Should I retake the SAT Reasoning Test first or the SAT Subject tests?

Asked by A.Y.N
I'm about to be a senior in high school this fall. I took the SAT Reasoning Test this past may and I didn't do that well. I'm planning on retaking it again this fall but I also need to take the subject tests this fall. The first test date is October 6 and the second one is November 3. Some of the colleges that I'm applying to have their application deadlines for November 30. Which one should I take on October 6 and which should I take on November 3? When would I get the scores for the test that I take on November 3?

I would recommend taking the SAT Reasoning first because it's more important and it is needed immediately compared to the Subject Tests. I have the same problem with Cornell, so I'm taking the SAT Reasoning in Oct. and SAT II Math IC in November. When you sign up for the November test list down the schools you are applying to during that fall so they recieve it ASAP. The Subject tests you can take all in November and it should be abit easier hopefully since its all MC and you choose the order of tests.
