I'm about to max out my student loans after next year, and I still have an internship to do..what do I do?

I have about 10 grand I can take out next year for school before I reach my student loan max. The problem is, I'm in a 5 year undergrad program. (138 credit hours for my degree). The last 18 months of the program is straight through, including clinicals. The annual loan limit I get is only enough to cover expenses for spring and fall. Since I will be doing clinicals for 8 hours a day, plus classes, it leaves no time for work either. What do I do...I'm gonna be pissed if I'm only 8 credit hours and a clinical rotation away from my degree and I can't finish because I can't afford it. I can't take out a private loan, because I have no family to cosign, and my credit sucks. What can I do?
