Sit and think about your life - is there anything that stands out? Do you remember one event that made a real difference in your life, your attitudes, or your future plans? I understand having difficulty talking about yourself, I have the same problem - so don't describe you - describe the event. Talk about what happened and the impact it had. Speak in the first person and just write it down. Then you can go back and make it sound good - the most important part is getting it on paper. Don't worry about spelling or grammar the first time, just write! Hope this helped! =)
