What are SAT IIs and SAT subject tests?
Asked by smartypants22Okay, I know about the SATs because I already took them, but what are SAT IIs, and SAT subject tests? What subjects do they have in them, and what colleges look for them? Are taking the SATs enough?

SAT Subject Test is the new name for SAT II. They are tests that focus on specifc subjects such as chemisty, or biology. There are about 20 different "Subjects" that have a SAT Subject Tests. Since most colleges look at SAT Scores already, SAT Subject Test scores stand out in a way. You should take at least one Subject Test in a subject you do well in.
