seriously - be yourself and be different. sound like something all your teachers say, but it's true. the admissions office loves things that are different. maybe instead of a regular essay, turn your paper into a story or metaphor. be creative - you can even be funny as long as you keep it smart. there is a book i thinks its called "college essay's that work" or something like that... try to find it on Amazon..it has a compilation of essays that got kids into good schools. it should help you get an idea.
