question about college life and what i might be missing out on?
well, I guess I will have no other choice but to go to a CC and then after 2 years transfer to a UC. I've been thinking of this for a long time now, because I really wanted the whole college life, living in dorms, meeting the people, going to parties and having fun while still studying hard. If I do 2 yrs at CC i will miss out on all that. SO am I really missing out on much?what happens later on, when ever I do transfer I will be about 21 yrs. I wont be living on campus anymore, right? where will I be staying then? (it's far from home) will I still get a hint of what college life is??or do people that age are pretty much done with that??what about campus?wont it be hard to come there , start as a jounior and not know where anything is at while the freshmens that were there to begin with are deep into everything already?? geeshh I feel like Im mising out so much...IT SUCKS!

You're missing: having your nuts tied to a bowling ball and having the bowling ball chucked off a third-story roof ("you really have to trust your frat brothers now" (the string was longer than 3 stories (but what if it rolled?!?!?))) You are missing seeing dopy teenagers get really really drunk and cry for their mommies or paramedics. You are missing the use of date-rape drugs by 22yo's on 18yo's. In short, the things you are missing sound a lot better on teevee than they are in real life. Save your money and go to county. The 'college scene' is a bunch of kids without responsibilities experimenting to see how vile they can be and get away with it.
