is 24 years old too advanced in age to start college now?

i am 24 and wonder if after all i have wasted enough time messing aroung since high school, and can not catch up with my peers who all have bachelor or masters and i have only high school diploma, i some times think it is tooo late for me, please tell me the best course of action a 24 years should take.

My best friend is having the same problem... go ahead....skies the limit get in there... pay attention and get your degree so your 24 chances are you will graduate when you are 30 but 40s the new 30 and 30s the new 20. You may make more money in the long run anyway GO FOR IT...trust me ...you'll regret it if you don't
