The demand for high school teachers will be higher than for architects, and you are right in that there are fewer school choices. As you are in high school, you have time to continue to research this. What is it about architecture that interests you? If it is design, then you can pursue that in college through elective classes. If you have an interest in science, there is and will continue to be even higher demand for that in education. Continue to do well in your coursework, take rigorous courses, not just the easiest, and you will get into a good college. The first few semesters are usually general education requirements anyway, and that will give you the opportunity to explore all types of academic areas.
