Should I stay working full time or go back to school as a single Mom?
I am a 26 year old single Mom of my 7 year old son. I have dedicated my life to my son in full and I stopped going to college when I was 18, only a few months after I started because I found out I was going to have a child. I have worked full time since and I have developed a professional career. I currently make 35K+ sometimes bonuses 5-10K. I can't say Im very happy in what I do because it's not my passion. The problem is... I don't know what I want to do. Is it to late for me to decide on a career and go to school? Have you heard of Mom's going to school full time and working in the evenings a few nights a week and getting assistance through school and state funding? My Mother said she would stand behind me in what I want to do. Is it too late for me to go back and do what I missed out on? One of my life goals was a college degree, but I don't even know what I would major in! Any suggestions or comments are welcome! :)

Since you are only 26 and you have your mother's support, by all means go for it! Depending on what type of professional career that you have developed, a BA in Business Admin with a major in Marketing I feel would further your career if it is anywhere near that field. You will not regret your decision to go back to school. Education is the key to a good life.
