I can stand to reason that B.U. & Harvard have good dental schools, but I can also tell you what the top dental schools in the rest of the country are (and these are top-notch too). They are worth investigating: A. University of Alabama-Birmingham B. University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill C. University of Washington-Seattle D. University of Nebraska-Lincoln Good luck!
