Can someone with Native American heritage go to college for free?
My friend claims he is 20% native american (although he is caucasion), and thinks he will go to college for free, despite not being on a reservation or a member of a tribe. Is this true?

Yes and no I am half Native American could go to school here in New Mexico and have meals and lodging for a small price very cheap than most college's but you have to live here the school is www.sipi.bia.edu/ But as far as a college he can pick and choose from no way! I would have done that a long time ago! Also if he does go here - He needs A CIB! If he's Indian he will know what that means and if not for FYI it's certificate Indian blood.
