Biggest problem with the American educational system?
Asked by Coddle Stripes & Horse Shoe RainI'm writing a short essay mimicking a formal letter to be written to the state board of education concerning a major problem i have with american education. What are some good examples of problems with american public high school to college education that i could write a 2-3 page letter about?

we are trained to be good workers, and so the "important" feilds like math and science are emphesized much more than the arts. I think that the arts are actually much more important than math or science, but that is debatable. What is not debatable though is that if kids were given an outlet for their creativity then they would do better in those other classes.
