If you had to chose - Appalachian State University or University of North Carolina at Wilmington?

Both schools are very good schools. I think it would a close race for all around. But I would decide based on your major because each school has strong programs in a particular majors. Personally, I went to UNCW becuase of their strong social science faculty. I was actually know and still keep in touch with the my old professors. I was also allowed to participate in some of their research to the point they were going to allow me to co-author. I have nothing but great memories of UNCW. You can't beat the beach and the chance to be a extra in one of the films or tv shows shot in Wilmington for some extra cash and bragging rights. Good luck and make sure to tour both places, that can tell you a great deal and help in your decision.
