Well... The education you get there is a good one. And the professors are good. However, these schools don't have the greatest reps as art schools. If they are your only real option, then go for it. So long as you come out of there with a fabulous portfolio, you'll be okay. But you'll do better in future options if you attend a more reputable art school. Just FYI, some of the best art schools in the US are: The Art Institute of Chicago The Rhode Island School of Design The School of Visual Arts, in NY And if you're considering the Art Institutes, instead consider this school: The Academy of Art University, in San Francisco. It's a fairly easy school to get into - they have open admissions, and you don't even need to have a portfolio to get in - but they have a good reputation and their graduates come out of there with excellent, excellent portfolios. If you go there, and you want an art-related job afterwards, you'll get one. Another school to consider is the Savannah College of Art and Design. This is an up and coming school, but a very good rep and good graduates.
