Your GPA, which looks to be about a 3.3 and not a 3.9, for UIC is average. UIC does not list its average GPA for incoming freshman, but they do state that their average high school rank is about 75th percentile. The average ACT is 23. So, make sure you aim for the mid 20s, and you'll be fine. UIC does have a dentistry college. UIC also has a guaranteed admittance program for dentistry. CSU is a very weak school. The average ACT there is an 18. If you can go to UIC, go to UIC. I don't know that much about Benedictine.
