Santa Monic College or Pasadena City College?
Which is better for business and has a higher tranfer rate to UC berkeley? or some CC other than these two? OK..well..Which is better generally?

I think you have this all wrong to be honest. There aren't really California CC's that have higher transfer rates, therefore making everyone want to go there. It doesn't work that way. Some California CC's do however have transfer alliance programs where if you fulfill certain requirements at your California CC, you get preference. And second...there aren't any CC's that are "better for business" or any other major. At CC, in almost all majors except for engineering, you basically fulfill general requirements (math, english, humanities, arts, health, science with lab, etc) at CC before you transfer. Visit www.assist.org to see lower division requirements offered at various California CC's that articulate to California Universities (including Berkeley).
