What's the best community college in the city of Berkeley?

Berkeley is a relatively small town, so there is only one community college - Berkeley City College. There are certainly others in other cities in the area, so since you want to go to UCB, I would find out from their admissions office which community colleges have the best transfer rates there. I can give you an equivalent in Southern California. UCLA is in the city of Los Angeles, but the two schools with the best transfer rates to UCLA are Santa Monica College and Pasadena City College, not any of the community colleges in the city of Los Angeles.
