I would probably choose Biola because of their engineering program they have there. Apparently you go to Biola for 3 years and then USC for 2 years, and then you graduate with a B.S. degree in Physical Science from Biola and a B.S. degree in Engineering from USC. Biola also has more tough admissions requirement than CSULB, which usually means it's more academically demanding.
