Are accelerated BA degree programs equally accepted?
I plan to finish my BA degree at Biola U through their adult degree completion program. I have the GE requirements done through various universities. A neighbor of mine told me people who go this route don't learn as much as someone in a 4 year program. She said employers are not accepting these accelerated degrees as valid. She says I am throwing my money away to end up being uneducated. Her thinking is that one can not learn the material in 5 weeks that another program spends 8-10 weeks on. My classes are scheduled one day a week for 4 hours. I think it's in how the person learns. One person can take it all in and learn the material in this format while another may not be able to do this. What do you think?

Yes, they can be equally accepted. It depends on the school and their accredidation. Do some checking into the school itself. If I can remember the site I had for doing just this I'll post again later.
