How can I request a refund re-imbursement/refund from S.M.U., the college I graduated from?
Asked by MMI feel they portrayed themselves at the time as something which recent actions indicate they are not - i.e. SMU is building the Bush library there turning the what was portrayed, what I was led to believe was a near "Ivy League" quality school turns out is no better than a "Bob Jones University" in ivy clothing. What legal precedent would there be for such a case?
