Is Boston College a cool Place to go?
Asked by Brad RI will most likely be going to Boston College in 2009 and I was wondering if it is a fun college or not? I want to get very good grades and for the most part I am very academic, but I also want to have fun in college. So, is BC a good Party school, and if not what top-tier schools are also really fun and sociable?

Okay, look, I go to BU and let me tell you the year before I applied everyone told me that it was a party school and so much fun and all. But, once you get in the reality is that it will be TOUGH and BC is tougher then BU, but BU is a very good school. It will be all studying most of the time. All colleges for the most part are social and great to be in but if you are planning on finding a party every night, well, then maybe BC is not a good school for you because once you start slacking and going out every night, let me tell you..your life will be miserable and your future is at stacks. You are in a rude awaking for college if you are thinking about that now. Dont get me wrong, I go OUT but I leave plenty of time for academics. So, if you balance it then you are in GREAT shape! good luck! (im just telling you what your up for, going both ways, trust me)
