Does brown mackie college still have an accreditation?
Asked by basquachkinI have heard that they have lost thier accreditation but can't find anything to prove or disprove that. I was wondering if the credits could transfers to other colleges.

They are a for-profit college, and they are not, nor have ever been, regionally accredited by one of the regional accreditation agencies that covers the states that it operates in. I'm not sure which accreditation you're talking about, but they never have been regionally accredited in the way that I want them to be regionally accredited. They're really just a chain of vocational schools, which is fine, if that's what you want. But if you want more than that, look elsewhere. I'll link to what regional accreditation means when most people use the term, rather than how Brown Mackie is using it, below.
