I don't know the others, but I have had lunch at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and it was terrific. The students prepared wonderful food, not only for the taste but also for the visual appeal. And because it is student work, it is much less expensive. So I can tell you that one seems very good indeed, but I know nothing of the other two.
