Are California State Universities considered good schools?
I'm considering Cal State Fullerton and Northridge. How do they look compared to other universities. I know that they're not quite as good as UC's, but are they almost as good? I'm from Southern Illinois, so a school I know good is Southern Illinois University, how are they compared to that school, are they alot better then SIU? Do you have good chances of getting into a law school or an ivy league school for grad school after attending a Cal State?

I attended both a Cal State and UC schools and I found both were equally as good. It really depends on what you are majoring in and if they are accredited. If you are interested in pursuing a career in Law I would suggest attending UCLA or USC. You'll have a better chance being accepted at an ivy league school. However, I had a friend that attended Cal State Long Beach and was accepted by Harvard. I think what really matters is your GPA and your LSAT scores more than the college you attended.
