From what I see at the college's website and the US Dept. Of Ed's website: nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?q=capitol&s=all&id=162061 Capitol appears to be quite legitimate. If a job candidate was a Capitol College grad and had an impressive interview, along with other qualifications, I'd be willing to hire the person.
