Central Connecticut State University (CCSU)?
Asked by Jake TI am a Junior in high school right now and I want to go to Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) next year. I did good on the dumb SATS, and I had good grades in Sophomore year. I also have good grades now. But in my freshman year, I kind of blew it off especially in Algebra 1C which I got a D in. :( I also did not join any extracurricular activities that year. Does Central look at freshman grades? Can I still get in? I'm kind of worried. Haha Thanks. :]

The question is, how competitive is CCSU? You can find this out in the "usual" college guidebooks. In general, a college will look for improvement in grades. If you had a "bad" freshman year, but improved for the rest of high school, that is what they'd consider.
