U of Michigan (Ann Arbor) ACT scores over 24 94% ACT scores over 30 38% education.yahoo.com/college/facts/9263.html Clark U (Worcester, MA?) ACT scores over 24 76% ACT scores over 30 9% education.yahoo.com/college/facts/5751.html Purdue U ACT scores over 24 65% ACT scores over 30 15% education.yahoo.com/college/facts/8218.html I'd say you're in good shape. Make sure that your grades are good, you have one or two meaningful extracurriculars (not resume padding), and you write a good essay. Give a good interview and express interest by writing follow-up letters and frequent inquiries on the status of your applications. Good luck.
