I have been issued I 20 by Clemson University,South Carolina,USA.Please go into details of question.?
Asked by gkp2669007I belong to India.I have been accepted at Clemson University,South Carolina,USA into MS- Food Science & Nutrition Programme for 18 months duration from August 2007.In acceptance email by Professor of this programme to me he has suggested me to contact faculty mentors to be my mentor.Out of 14 mentors I contacted four have expressed their inability on the grounds of lack of funds & non availability space for more students.Remaining ten have not responded at all uptill now.Considering this fact will it be prudent on my part to join Clemson University?If I join what can be further course & scenerio for me.I am confused & in dilemma.Please help by providing guidance.Thanks.Chaitali Purohit,Surat,India

I am really confused about your situation, but I graduated from the University of South Carolina and would be glad to help. I don't really understand what the issue is but if you are trying to choose between the two schools I would definitely go with USC. USC is bigger and has far more opportunities than Clemson, particularly for students outside of the U.S. I have done a little work with the foreign students department here and I believe it to be both extensive and helpful for those wishing to study in America.
