Clemson University???
Asked by kbeautyI am currently very much interested in Clemson University. However, many people are telling me that being Catholic and from the north will 'hurt' me socially. How true are these prejudices???? Thank you so much for answering!!!

Not very true. I know several Catholic students at Clemson, and although the majority are indeed Christian, being an atheist from the northeast there for several years wasn't even a problem. There will always be idiots, but there are plenty of educated, open-minded people as well - it's a college, after all.
