Am I able to transfer to this college?
Asked by NeverEndingStory~My parents are forcing me to go to a community college (Coastal Carolina Community College) starting August, and Im planning on doing a transfer after 2 years to another college. I want to go here www.cvm.ncsu.edu/ but Im not sure if Im able to transfer there? Would I have to do 4 years at a college before I can attend that? Can someone help me figure this out =( I tried reading the admission page, but I dont really understand... Thank you for answering Sarah!

you will need a bachelors degree to enter the veterinary program at ncsu. a bachelors degree is 2 years at your community college and 2 years at a university doing majoring in animal science, poultry science, zoology, biology, biochemistry, or microbiology. if you live near ncsu, call the admissions office and set up an appointment with one of their counselors. s/he will be able to help you choose a transfer university and let you know what classes you need to apply. good luck!
