HELP: Where should I go to college:Mid Atlantic,Northeast...?
Where should I go to college: Mid Atlantic or Midwest or Northeast or South or Southwest or West regions in the United States and why. Where in particular and why also! I live in the west. I love hott weather but can live in cold. Somewhere diverse and friendly! Mid Atlantic Northeast West is what i'm thinking but please try to sell me to one of these regions

In terms of people, it doesn't totally matter, because colleges have students from all around the country--unless you're going to a state university, in which case many students will be from that state. There are more prestigious colleges in the Northeast. Generally, it's easier to go to college where you want to work. If you want to work in New York, D.C., or Chicago, it's best to go to college in the Northeast. If you want to work in Texas, go to school in the South, Southwest, or Mid Atlantic. If you want to work in Cali, go to school on the West Coast.
