85% of Americans finished high school. Does that include GEDs? If not, what would the percent be if it didnt??

I read that the percentage of Americans who have finished high school is 85%. I am curious if that percentage includes people with GEDS. If read up, a GED is not the exact equivalent of a high school diploma. For example, people who have only GEDs have a harder time getting into the military (the Air Force and Marines hardly ever take recruits with only GEDs and the need to score higher on the ASVAB) and they also have a harder time finding employment than people with a high school diploma. If that 85% includes GEDs, what would the percentage be if it did not? What percent of Americans have a real high school diploma or some exact equivalent or more? By that I mean, finished high school, earned an equivalency diploma (like the kind you earn at job corp or through a completion program at a community college) or have a GED but also have some college behind them? In other words what percentage of Americans have no education beyond a GED?

I don't think it includes people with geds because a ged means they quit highschool for some reason and went to college and i have no idea what the percent would be
