Are there advantages to going to a college that's easily confused with a prestigious college?
For example, I know there are colleges called Cornell and Columbia that are not their more famous Ivy counterparts. Just a silly question – would someone be more likely to hire you if you went to one of these colleges and they didn't look carefully at your resume? Has anyone here had something like this happen to you? Just to be clear, I am already going to college. This is just something I was thinking about, and I thought it would be funny if anyone had gotten a job based on credentials they didn't actually have. :P
