What are the qualifications to get into Cornell University in Ithaca, NY?
Asked by MelissaI’m a high school senior living in NJ and I’m planning to go to Cornell, because I heard the university is so beautiful and the apartments there are cheaper. But I’m not a smart student, I see myself as an average clever person.

In order to get into a school like Cornell, you will need a high rank in class, a 3.8+ unweighted GPA, a weighted GPA over 4.0, lots of AP and Honors classes, SAT scores over 2150, lots of activities and a killer admissions essay. In addition, if you are a senior, there is no chance to get in next year, as the admissions deadline has already passed.
