they should include everything and also they should have a kit . it includes scissors rollers curling iron ,blow dryer perm rods,bobbie pins , etc . It will be included in you tuition .You will be responsible for everything else that isn't included . check with the administration before you start to be prepared , because they want EVERYONE to be prepared Good LUCK
