Florida International University transfer?
Asked by elena79rusI"m studying in California now. I'm gonna get my AA degree in Business Administration from Santa Monica College this year. Then I'm planning to move to Florida and apply to FIU for Junior year for Business Administration major. I would like to know if my AA degree will be equivalent to Florida AA degree and will be enough for me to be accepted at a Junior standing to FIU?

Public universities in the state of Florida are only required to accept in full all credits earned toward a completed AA degree when earned at a public community college in Florida. Only the admissions counselor at FIU will be able to advise you as to whether all of your credits will transfer in, or not.
