411 from student or Alumni at Georgia Southern University?
Asked by KaylaI live in North Carolina, but Georgia Southern actually has my major and it caught my eye, I'm trying to decide between GSU and Florida State. I want to know a little information on GSU student life, how difficult it is to get accpeted etc. and what georgia is like, for people who have live in other states do you like Georgia? Cause I've lived in Connecticut, North Carolina and Florida shortly so whats Georgia like?

Georgia Southern is a party school. It's also located in a relatively small town. It will be very hot and humid. I don't mind Georgia and since your from North Carolina it would be about the same except it's flatter. The people will be nice, because of Southern Hospitality. You should probably visit before you make a decision though, because it appears as though you are giving it some serious thought. Good luck in your search for the right college, I, personally, have settled on UGA.
