Okay... Howard - It's in DC near a ghetto area. -The buildings are a little older -It's a party school(hince the Howard Homecoming) -The area has a lot of culture -Costs a little more than Hampton(I think) -Bigger student body Hampton -in Hampton,VA -Nicer Campus -Dress Code -A really good school for Engenering and Communications -People here are less ghetto and a little more serious -Somewhat of a mixture of a party school and a nerdy school Choose Hampton!!!!!
