I will say that U Penn (I assume it's U Penn, not Penn State) and Princeton are reaches only because they are Ivies, and Ivies are always iffy. But you are the perfect candidate, and if anyone will get in, you will. Swarthmore, Haverford--targets Gettysburg, Penn State--safety Elizabethtown--such a safety you might as well not even apply...seriously, they might even turn you down because they might think you're applying as a joke (this has happened to my friends--they're so overqualified that they are turned down...)
