Haverford College is so highly-regarded, and among the elite liberal arts colleges, it probably has one of the very best science programs in the country. They produce a ton of top flight scientists and doctors. HC's graduate school admissions record, including Ph.D. programs in the sciences, is phenomenal. About 1/3 of the department's students go to top-ranked grad schools and another 1/3 go to top-ranked medical schools. The small classes, close relations with star faculty who are both teachers-researchers, brilliant classmates, lots of resources make Haverford a great choice for an undergraduate education.
