Olin, with free tuition, is clearly the bargain on this list though some, like USC, give a lot of merit scholarships. NYU is the most expensive overall given the cost of doing anything in NYC. They are also well known for poor financial aid. If you can get into Williams and Swat, Beloit should be very generous to you with merit aid. These are all good schools, but odd that they would all be on one list. Beloit is for quirky and artsy kids, Williams couldn't be more different, it's preppy and a jock school. Swat is for serious intellectuals and NYU gets a very different breed of casual student. Vandy is as Southern as Vassar is typical New England. Olin is nerdy tech and would overlap on most lists with MIT and Caltech.
