The school I'm looking at (and have been accepted to) has everything I want: traditional university in a large city, excellent business school, moderate price (for out of state), great housing/food options, large school, freshman directly into the business school, nice campus, etc. But! It is 2000 miles away, and my parents are extremely worried about travel and I think they're going to refuse to let me go there because of travel, and travel only. They say I couldn't have picked a worse place other than Hawaii or Alaska. I want to go there so bad, and the other schools I've applied to have some of these qualities but where they are lacking are in very important places (for example: amazing scholarship, but not traditional college feel and I'm iffy about it, or traditional and excellent school, but very expensive, etc.) What do I do? I need a third party opinion, because it goes back to the same things everytime I talk to my parents or family.
